Stephen brings over 18 years of insurance industry in roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, with a focus on distribution, operations, audit, market entry, consumer financial advice, and corporate strategy. He has held senior level positions at both a Fortune 250 global insurance carrier, as well as reinsurer in positions of direct sales, sales management, market entry, risk management, advising and investing in startups.

Currently at the helm of TETRA G, Stephen specializes in go-to-market and management strategy for carriers, reinsurers, and insurtechs. Stephen also serves as a Strategic Advisor to ProNavigator, Navierre, and other insurtech startups. His deep understanding of the industry coupled with his global perspective enables him to provide innovative and effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
